By accessing or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Nature of Services Services are educational and mentorship-based. They do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, legal advice, or financial advice. Payment All fees are due at booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Booking Policy. Pricing may change at any time without affecting confirmed bookings. Cancellations Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, and waitlist procedures are governed by the published Booking Policy, incorporated by reference. Intellectual Property All materials, content, recordings, and frameworks are the intellectual property of The Soul Sanctuary. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Assumption of Risk Personal development work may involve emotional processing. You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and decisions. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Sanctuary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service. Termination We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if boundaries are violated or Services are misused. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
